So. ‘American apple cider’ is what we Brits might call ‘good apple juice’ as opposed to the overly processed, sweetened and sanitized stuff of supermarket shelves everywhere. I’ve tasted ‘fall cider’ and it certainly is ‘good apple juice’. As far as cider and scrumpy goes - you need to visit the South West of England to really understand that one.
Advantage: Remains with the Brits for not confusing the issue.
Or is the advantage America’s for living up to the ideal of the land of plenty and having an extra option from with to choose?
